Pedro J. Saghy Cadenas
In July 2008, Pedro joined Macleod Dixon as an associate. He has experience in all types of litigation: civil and commercial. He positions this emphasis along with his experience in civil and commercial contracts as well as civil liability. Pedro Saghy also has experience in corporate and international transactions.
Before joining Macleod Dixon, Pedro had been part of two important local law offices in Caracas and Paris, working as a corporate and litigation legal consultant.

Pedro Saghy has participated in numerous international business operations. Among others:
- The constitution of guaranties for a US$ 80 million financing loan agreement between Peter Hambro Mining plc (“PHM”), the second largest Russian gold mining company, and Rusoro Mining Ltd., (“Rusoro”), a gold producer and exploration company in Venezuela, in 2008;
- The acquisition of Gold Fields' Venezuelan assets and Hecla Mining Company's ("Hecla") Venezuelan assets by Rusoro Mining Ltd. in 2007 and 2008.
Extensive experience in civil litigation as well as administrative proceedings.
