The National Legal Post ranked Macleod Dixon first, among Canadian Law Firms acting as underwriters in equity-only deals during Q2. Macleod Dixon led the pack with 6 deals worth $1.7 billion. On a combined debt and equity basis, Macleod Dixon was ranked 5th by number of deals and 6th by value of deals.
