Jaime Pirela
Jaime graduated cum laude as a Lawyer from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2003. Before joining our firm, he worked as a lawyer in others well-known lawyer’s offices in Caracas.
He has extensive experience in the field of labour law, labour procedural law, labour administrative procedures, consultations and opinions on labour matters, (individual and collective), drafting and preparation of work contracts for expatriates, labour international private law, compensation and benefits, labour audits, prevention, conditions and environment at work audits, occupational misfortunes (work accidents and illnesses), occupational health, constitution of health and labour safety committees, claims for damages arising from occupational accidents and illnesses, social security and corporate law.
