Jay Park presents a Workshop on Iraq's Emerging Petroleum Legal Regime
At the Iraq Petroleum 2008 conference in London, UK on December 1-3, Jay Park will be leading a one day workshop to review and analyze Iraq's emerging petroleum legal regime. This workshop will focus on the constitutional, legal and contractual issues that will define the petroleum regime that has been developed and is in development in Iraq.
