Elisabeth Eljuri spoke at the IBA International Conference in Buenos Aires the week of October 13 on "Hot Topics in Arbitration" and Gabriela Rachadell spoke at the same event on "Energy Integration in Latin America". This is the largest IBA event worldwide and was attended by about 5000 lawyers.
