Cathy Ma
Cathy is an associate in the energy group with a focus on carbon finance and emissions trading. Prior to joining the firm, Cathy worked on various structured finance transactions in the London office of a leading international law firm. Her experience includes two secondments at Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets, respectively, working in the area of derivatives. Prior to her experience in London, Cathy practiced securities law at another major Canadian law firm, acting for oil and gas issuers in respect of equity financings, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
