We act for a number of principal commercial landlords in the negotiation and finalization of standard form lease and agreements for use in office, retail and industrial commercial complexes.Our lawyers represent and advise vendors, purchasers, developers, lenders, pension funds, asset managers, landlords, tenants, contractors, investors, syndicates, real estate investment trusts and RRSP eligible mortgage funds.
We have significant experience appearing on behalf of clients before various development and planning boards on such issues as development permits, land use, and subdivision approvals.
