We counsel clients on regulatory matters such as requirements of the Telecommunications Act and proceedings before the CRTC. We advise on telecom-related acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs, interconnection of carriers, facilities leasing, network outsourcing, product development, rights-of-way, access, and technical and marketing joint ventures.

Our firm has acted for major carriers, as well as small and mid-size service providers, including resellers and network outsourcers, on matters ranging from network construction to billing systems development. We have advised on fibre acquisitions and leases, as well as IRU's, network operations, interconnection, group purchasing and co-location agreements.
