We assist in insolvency related negotiations and proceedings, and assess and represent the interests of our clients in hearings. Our lawyers help clients interested in purchasing assets out of receiverships and estates and understand the risks and benefits of such purchases. We also assist them to structure transactions and manage the insolvency process to gain a competitive advantage. Our clients often have complex banking insolvency and creditors rights problems that require a multidisciplinary legal response.
