Aaron J. Bowler
Aaron practises Business Law with an emphasis on commercial real estate, municipal and land use issues, including real estate based financing, commercial acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing (both on behalf of tenants and landlords) and real estate development (subdivision, zoning and construction).
Aaron also practises general corporate commercial law, including providing regular, transactional and strategic risk management advice to large and small business clients, aboriginal clients, non-profit, charitable and cooperative entities and sole proprietorships in many business sectors and both franchisors and franchisees.
Prior to joining Macleod Dixon, Aaron was a Senior Associate at a large full-service law firm in Manitoba.
