Avril Cole
Avril is an associate in the Business Law Group of our Toronto office.
Avril's business law practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financings and general corporate and commercial matters, including drafting commercial agreements such as purchase and sale agreements and loan and security agreements.
She has acted for corporations in a variety of industries including mining, energy, commercial real estate, transportation and technology.
Avril also works closely with the Mining and Securities Groups of our Toronto office, acting primarily on behalf of agents and underwriters on a variety of transactions, including private placements and public offerings.
