Brandon Potter
Brandon's practice currently focuses on general corporate commercial, intellectual property and brand management work for technology and high performance sports clients. He has experience in the areas of trade-mark law (prosecution, opposition and licensing), copyright law, domain name dispute resolution (both UDRP and CDRP), ambush marketing and sponsorship relationships. Brandon also advises clients in relation to information access and privacy matters.
Prior to joining Macleod Dixon in 2004, Brandon worked for the Department of Justice Canada, the Office of the Canadian Forces Legal Advisor and was an officer in the Canadian Forces.
