Catherine McAteer
Catherine acts as group leader for our firm's immigration practice as well as practicing in the area of general litigation.
Catherine focuses on providing timely immigration solutions for businesses dealing with the movement of individuals to Canada and hiring foreign workers. Her expertise in the area of business immigration includes advising clients on obtaining temporary work permits, including applications under NAFTA and for HRSDC labour market opinions. She also acts for individuals seeking permanent residence under the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program and the Family Class.
Other practice areas include insurance defence including professional negligence and personal injury actions, employment law and general commercial litigation.
