With many years experience as a lawyer and investment banker, and practising in the areas of international and domestic corporate commercial law and resource law, Crae has a transaction-focused practice, with particular experience in emerging markets in Africa and CIS, and involving all aspects of international resource transactions. These include negotiation issues, legal due diligence, local and multi-jurisdictional structuring advice, central bank, competition, mining, securities and other statutory compliance issues, drafting of necessary contract and structure documentation, court filings and other statutory returns.
