R. Craig Hoskins
Craig practises in a wide range of corporate finance and transactional areas. He advises public and private corporations on financing, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions matters and has had significant experience advising clients on issues relating to the management and transfer of technology-based businesses.
Craig became a partner with Macleod Dixon LLP in February 1999. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Craig practised corporate/commercial and securities law in Toronto and worked in the public affairs division of the Canadian Embassy in Washington D.C.
