Darren B. Hribar

Darren's practice is focused on securities and corporate commercial work. Darren has advised junior and senior public companies, royalty trusts and income trusts in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law matters.

During his tenure at Macleod Dixon, Darren completed a 14-month secondment at Superior Propane Inc. where he provided advice to management in his role as general counsel.

Darren became a partner of the firm in 2004.
