David Eeles
David represents project developers, industrial hosts and other project participants in connection with the acquisition, development, construction, financing and restructuring of power plants, cogeneration plants, heavy oil upgraders and other industrial projects, and participates in negotiating and drafting the key project documents associated with such projects.
In the electricity area, David has experience in the development of gas fired, waste wood fired and wind projects, has experience in the development of projects with significant merchant capacity, and was extensively involved in the development of the form of Power Purchase Arrangements which were auctioned off as part of the electricity deregulation process in Alberta.
