David Cuschieri
After graduating from law school David articled and practiced with a boutique law firm that focused almost exclusively in the area of energy law until joining Macleod Dixon in April of 2006.
Currently, David practices as an associate in our Corporate/Commercial and Energy practice groups assisting clients with general corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations and general contractual matters, with particular emphasis on energy and aviation law.
David has considerable experience drafting and negotiating agreements; conducting due diligence and title review; drafting historical, drilling and title opinions; providing analysis and advice with respect to contract and mineral lease issues; preparing closing documentation in relation to the acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas assets; and providing legal research and advice in respect of various legal matters.
