Elizabeth (Beth) Nickless
Beth currently practices in the areas of energy, banking and corporate commercial law. She has been involved in numerous energy related transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other capital reorganizations. She has also coordinated due diligence projects in connection with both asset and corporate acquisitions.
Beth is also an instructor of the Introduction to Rights of First Refusal course offered through the Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration.
Beth joined Macleod Dixon in 2004 as an Articling Student.
