Jack MacGillivray
Jack has a broad corporate and commercial business law practice with considerable experience in private and public company acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, banking and financing transactions, corporate reorganizations and a wide range of general commercial matters. He has also recently had extensive experience in large public company merger, acquisition and reorganization transactions, including those effected by the takeover bid, amalgamation and plan of arrangement.
