We have advised successfully both in some of the most high profile judicial review proceedings as well as in the conduct of contractual disputes all such matters involving a true knowledge of the industry.

Our focus is on risk management. Whilst we will fight points where required, we also work to identify issues early and look for swift, cost-effective commercial solutions. We advise on all forms of dispute resolution, whether under RIDR or through the processes of Court, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination.
