Rashi Sengar
Rashi joined Macleod Dixon LLP as an articling student in July 2001.
Rashi practises in the corporate area with an emphasis on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations of both private and public companies. Se also assists clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters.
