Stephanie C. Stimpson
Stephanie has a diverse commercial practice working with clients on corporate/commercial, banking and project development and finance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie clerked for Judge Stephen Trott at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and then practised environmental and natural resource law in Denver, Colorado.
Stephanie became a partner of the firm in 2004.

- Acted for US lenders on financing $300 million acquisition of midstream companies
- Acted for US institutional investors in US$550 million project financing of ethylene plants
- Counsel for several oil and gas companies on large syndicated loans and private placements through all stages of financing, from deal structuring to completion
- Counsel for institutional investors on several cross-border private placements of high-yield notes, including negotiation of intercreditor arrangements with bank lenders
