Kathy L. Krug
Bringing practical business experience to her law practice, Kathy has worked in a management capacity for organizations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and overseas. She practises in the corporate commercial area, with an emphasis on securities and corporate finance law. Kathy has been involved with public and private offerings, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, as well as several projects involving international transactions and public international law.
Prior to pursuing a law career, Kathy worked as a journalist, communications specialist and educator.
