Kenneth Potter
Ken has practised extensively in the corporate, corporate finance and securities areas for public and private corporations. He has acted as a board member and/or corporate secretary to a number of public and private corporations, and has lectured extensively in the corporate and securities law areas. Ken is currently serving as a Member of the Alberta Securities Commission, the body responsible for administration of the Alberta securities laws.
Except for the period 1999 to 2004 when Ken was in New Zealand, he has been practising with Macleod Dixon LLP since 1970.
