Konstantin N. Litvinenko
Konstantin joined the Moscow Office of Macleod Dixon as an associate in March 2007. In his former role as tax and legal consultant for a major international audit company, he worked with clients from the consumer, metals and transportation industries. Previous projects Konstantin was involved in include providing general tax counsel to a leading Russian metallurgical manufacturer and advising a major international furniture producer on tax implications in the construction sphere.
Against a background of tax and corporate/commercial experience, Konstantin currently represents clients in transactions also involving mergers and acquisitions and energy law.
