- Co-counsel on an arbitration representing a significant oil and gas producer in respect of contract claims relating to tariffs and product quality.
- Significant involvement in the representation of a major oil and gas company in shareholder dissent proceedings.
- Significant involvement in the successful defence of a major energy trust in respect of a claim against it for more than $1,000,000 in non-party costs.
