Marvin Singer
Marvin specializes in securities, corporate and resource law. His practice is both domestic and international, and his experience includes public and private equity and debt financings, stock exchange listings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, reverse takeovers, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He has particular expertise in acting for entrepreneur-managed private and public corporations.
