Michael Flach
Michael practices as an associate in our Business Law group with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, banking, intellectual property and brand management, and general corporate commercial matters.
He has experience drafting and negotiating commercial and financing agreements, corporate reorganizations, conducting due diligence and title review, and the prosecution, opposition and licensing of trade-marks.
