Michael D. Shadbolt
Michael joined Macleod Dixon as a Partner in 2007, focusing on electricity market matters with an emphasis on renewable and clean energy projects, energy efficiency and conservation projects, electricity and thermal energy purchase agreements, environmental markets and emissions trading. He advises a wide range of energy market participants, including electricity generators, distributors, district energy companies, and large energy consumers with respect to all corporate, commercial and transaction matters relating to electricity markets.
Michael is a leading expert in the development of district energy and thermal energy generation facilities and has extensive experience in the development of generation facilities using a variety of renewable fuel sources.
