Natalija Vojvodic
Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2002, Natalija was a member of a major international law firm for nearly eight years. Her practice fouses on Corporate Law, with significant experience in Civil, Financial and Banking Law. She has participated in due diligence reviews, drafted corporate documents and contracts, also involved in the negotiation and drafting of documents relating to corporate loans, and the preparation of documents for project financing. She has made formal written request to authorities for legal rulings.
