Neville Jugnauth
Neville is a partner of the firm where he specializes in advising clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Neville has practiced in both Canada and the United States advising public and private enterprises mainly in oil and gas and technology industries on substantive transactions, as well as underwriting groups and private investors relating to securities offerings. His experience includes:
- advising boards of directors and special committees in connection with transactional matters
- mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures;
- public offerings of debt and equity securities;
- venture capital and other private debt and equity financings;
- formation of private equity investment funds;
- securities law and stock exchange compliance issues;
- corporate governance; and
- employee incentive compensation plans.
