Ramon Alvins is scheduled to speak at the "Investment Protection Techniques for Upstream Oil & Gas Ventures" conference in London on June 17-18. Ramon will be speaking on the topic of operating against a background of changes in government policy with focus on the Venezuelan experience and give an overview of actions taken in Ecuador and Argentina in the past year.
