Terry Owen Rejoins Macleod Dixon's Calgary Office

Macleod Dixon is pleased to announce that Terry Owen has rejoined the Calgary office as Counsel. Terry began his law career with the firm in 1985 and became partner in 1993. He will be assisting in the areas of client and professional development as well as strategic planning.

Terry's business background includes roles as President and CEO of a major bulk transportation company and as director of several public and private corporations. He recently joined Hammerstone Corporation as President and CEO. Hammerstone is an industrial minerals company owned by Tricap Partners II LP which is part of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. group of companies. Terry has also been active in numerous charitable and non-profit organisations over many years. Currently, he is involved with the United Way, Canadian Merit Scholarship, the McCaig Institute for Joint and Arthritis, and the West Calgary Karate Association.
