Lisa DeMarco will be speaking at the Faculty of Law, University of Calgary, on November 19th regarding Climate Change Policy. The talk will examine rapidly evolving North American and international climate change policy in the broader context of trade and the environment; and will focus on recent North American developments and the critical issues to be determined in the Copenhagen round of negotiations.
