In June, the Caracas labour practice group department in Caracas participated in several speaking opportunities regarding new regulations in labour matters that has spread to different states in Venezuela. Yanet Aguiar gave a presentation on the legal labour aspects of the conversion of Joint Operating Agreements into Mixed Companies at the XVII Petroleum Latin American Exposition in Maracaibo, Zulia State. Mónica Fernández, participated in a conference in Punto Fijo, Falcón State, for the Venezuelan Petroleum Chamber presenting on the Labor Regulations in Venezuela.
