Fundamentals Of Oil And Gas Law Course

On October 25-26th, the Canadian Association Of Petroleum Landmen (Capl) organized a seminar titled "Fundamentals Of Oil And Gas Law". This seminar focused on complex legal issues (including contractual, operational and environmental issues) that arise in the context of the oil and gas industry. The instructors were David Cuschieri, Deidre Derworiz, Alan Harvie and Tom Valentine (from Macleod Dixon's Calgary office) and they reviewed and discussed relevant case law and recent judicial regulatory decisions affecting the industry.
