16-year-old Cellist Takes MD Prize
The luck o' the Irish must have been with 16-year-old Arlen Hlusko March 17. She won the coveted Rose Bowl and the $5,000 Macleod Dixon cash scholarship that goes with it, at the conclusion of Monday's Stars of the Festival concert at the Jubilee Auditorium in Calgary.
Macleod Dixon has been a proud sponsor of the Kiwanis Music Festival for over a decade.
