Victorino Tejera to Participate in a Panel Discussion November 29
Victorino Tejera of Macleod Dixon's Venezuela office will participate in a panel discussion reviewing recent legislative developments in the area of international commercial arbitration in select Latin American countries, and a discussion of the relationship between national courts and arbitral tribunals.The panel opens the first day of the two-day conference, titled Commercial and Investment Arbitration in Latin America: New Challenges for Governments, Corporations and Practitioners.
