Deidre Derworiz
Deidre practices in a broad range of corporate and commercial law, including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganization and general contractual matters. She also advises clients on a variety of energy related issues relating to operational, environmental and regulatory matters.
Deidre has also coordinated due diligence projects in connection with both asset and corporate acquisitions.
While obtaining her law degree, Deidre worked for the Federal Prosecution Service of the Department of Justice in Vancouver. She also participated in an exchange to Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand where she studied in their Masters of Business Law Program.
