Our Infrastructure team has extensive experience advising clients in respect of the sale, purchase and lease of real estate. Our clients include property developers, property funds and the end-users of the properties. The team regularly advises on transactions relating to commercial premises, such as office and retail premises and is also familiar with the more regulated area of residential dwellings. Our Infrastructure team also acts in disputes relating to lease agreements, purchase agreements and disputes in relation to zoning and planning (e.g. administrative enforcement actions).
