Norah M. Chafardet Grimaldi
Norah received her law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2002, and got her masters in Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana in 2006.
She joined Macleod Dixon as an associate in May 2004. Before that, she worked as a lawyer in the Municipal Attorney’s Office and as legal assistant in two important Venezuelan law firms.
Norah has focused her law practice in the area of labour and labour litigation. She has broad experience in labour relationship termination guidance, negotiating and preparing settlement agreements. Norah has also experience managing administrative labour proceedings before Labour Government Agencies.
