Thais Nouel
Thais received her law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2005 and went on to receive a diploma in Hydrocarbons and Mining Law at Universidad Monteávila in 2006. She is currently studying for a Postgraduate degree in Finance Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
Thais joined Macleod Dixon in 2007 as an Associate, practising in Corporate/Commercial and Oil & Gas law, dedicating particular attention to the legal complexities of the migration process of Operating Agreements to Joint Ventures (Empresas Mixtas).
Before joining Macleod Dixon, Thais was an associate lawyer in the corporate department of the Caracas office of an important law firm. Her professional experience also includes time spent working in the Caracas legal department of a major oil company.
