Anne L. Kirker
Anne has practised in the litigation and dispute resolution area since 1992. She has expertise in handling complex tort and professional liability claims, insurance coverage disputes and class action matters. She has acted as lead counsel in all levels of the Court, including the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients in a variety of alternative dispute resolution processes, including complex, multiparty negotiations.
Anne is a Partner with Macleod Dixon and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
