Anthony Scane
Anthony is a partner in the Toronto Litigation Group and practices a wide variety of commercial litigation, with both trial and appellate advocacy in each of Ontario's superior courts. His practice includes breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty cases, commercial negligence, construction litigation and other types of disputes relating to interests in real property. Anthony also acts on broker negligence and general securities litigation cases, and employment law, and represents clients in arbitrations and mediations on a variety of disputes.
Anthony represents real estate owners and developers, general contractors and builders, securities brokerages, and both public and private corporations in managing their issues and disputes. He also represents employers and senior employees in employment matters.
