Anthony Shapiro
Anthony Shapiro practises business law with an emphasis in the areas of corporate finance and securities. He has advised both public and private companies on securities law and general corporate matters, including public and private financings, securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange listings, corporate governance, continuous disclosure, corporate transactions and annual corporate proceedings. In 2001, Anthony was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission (Enforcement Division), where he had the opportunity to assist with an appeal relating to the enforcement of insider trading laws.
