Don Tse
Don practises exclusively in the securities and corporate areas. In addition to assisting corporations with their day-to-day compliance with securities and corporate legislation, Don assists a variety of parties in transactions including public and private offerings of debt and equity, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. Don is experienced in both Canadian and international transactions.
Don joined Macleod Dixon as an articling student in 1995.
