Donald Higa, Q.C.
Don is the firm's Director of Professional Development and Risk Management. Don brings significant expertise in organizational management to the firm's senior management team, providing leadership and support in the areas of professional development, growth and risk management.
Don is a highly respected member of Alberta's legal community, with more than 20 years of practice experience, primarily in the areas of corporate litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency. Don is a former President of the Alberta Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and was appointed as Queen's Counsel by the Province of Alberta.
