Eirys Mata Marcano
Eirys received her law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1998, with a specialization in Labour Law. She also took a post graduate course in Labour Law at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain in January 2001, in addition to specialized classes in Human Resources Management at the Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas).
Eirys began working at Macleod Dixon as an associate in June, 2004. Before joining the firm, she interned in the legal department of Human Resources at the Central Bank of Venezuela, and in the labour area at an important Venezuelan law firm.
She has structured her law practice around the fields of labour, labour litigation and Organic Law of Industrial Security.
