Eugene J. Bodnar
Practising primarily civil litigation, Gene deals with a broad range of commercial, insurance, employment and intellectual property disputes. In addition, he regularly handles shareholder issues and professional liability matters.
Gene regularly appears before various administrative tribunals and all levels of the Alberta Courts. He also has been involved in many arbitrations and mediations.
